Imported high quality sweet purple potato is heat-dried and crushed into a fine powder without adding any additives or colorings. Fine cane sugar is added to give enough sweetness and facilitate the dissolving of the powder into water. It has high anthocyanin (antioxidant), giving it a natural bright purple color, that is highly eye-catching. Due to its starchy properties, we can only dissolve the sweet potato powder using room-temperature liquid to avoid lumping.
